What will EesySoft look like in 2019?

A growing team, even better service.

In 2018 we grew the EesySquad by 30%! That's a lot of new additions to the EesySquad! All working to make our services even better. First up on the to-do list: provide even better customer service. Our employee of the year Monica Dancel will now be leading a team of support EesySofters that are here to make your life easier.

Closer relationships, a better partnership.

We are strengthening our partnerships with Learning Management Systems like Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle in order to provide more personal solutions across all of these LMS's. This way more Education institutions will be able to gain more insight into adoption and usage of their LMS and also 3rd party tools. At the same time being able to not only communicate with the user, within the application at the moment of need, but also supporting the users throughout this journey. This also ties into the learning ecosystem approach we have at EesySoft where we believe that institutions should be able to use EesySoft on all of their tools and web-based learning applications to provide a uniform reporting, communication and support experience. As you can see, lot's of interesting things to come in 2019 with regards to partnerships!

What new updates and features can you look forward to?

Our customers in education continue to push the boundaries of technology-enhanced learning. To keep up with the ever-changing needs of today’s learners we strive to innovate with our data-driven adoption, communication and support solutions.

This year marks our first big step into the world of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the form of a virtual assistant that lives inside your LMS. At the same time we are enhancing our existing tools to be even more ‘eesy’ to use. With easy-to-setup campaigns and inline content creation we look to provide a smooth, seamless and powerful user experience.

Why is AI so important?

 AI (chatbot technology specifically) allows us to provide personal 1-on-1 support to students and instructors at scale and around the clock. This will reduce an institution's support load and increase user satisfaction.

What will campaigns allow you to do?

Campaigns will reduce the effort necessary to start communicating with users and measuring the success of your communication. We will offer templated messages that can be deployed with one click and EesySoft customers will be able to share their most impactful campaigns with the rest of the community, if they choose to do so.

What makes inline content creation so awesome?

With inline content creation you can create, design, preview and target your messages and knowledge base items without ever having to leave the LMS and without requiring any knowledge of HTML. Basically with this new way of content creation it will be 'what you see is what you get'. The benefit of this is that it will require less training and support, and when support is needed we will have a video library for you available - coming 2019!
