Newest Addition to the EesySquad: Ian Haugh

By Mieke Ridderhof

It was Bob Dylan who said "the times they are a-changin'... ". But change is often good! In this blogpost, we want to introduce you to one of the newest members of the EesySquad who will be playing an important role within our team. We also want to explain how this will affect the roles of the EesySoft members you already know and love.

Just over a month ago, in the calm before the COVID-19 storm hit the Netherlands, we hired our new VP of Global Sales: Ian Haugh! Ian has a passion for EdTech and a background to match, and we trust he will quickly become a familiar, friendly face for all of our customers. If you have questions about your institution wishing to evaluate, trial or expand on existing EesySoft solutions, please don’t hesitate to connect with Ian and his team!

Get to know Ian better by watching the brief introductory video below:

Now you may be asking yourself, didn't you already have a GM of Marketing and Sales who we know and love? The answer is yes, but don't worry, because Mieke isn't going anywhere! In fact, the sheer amount of enthusiastic customers Mieke has interacted with over the years is the main reason why we needed a new employee on board. Mieke will gradually be moving into her new role, VP of Customer Success and Marketing. Rest assured, she will be as involved as ever, and welcoming Ian to the team means that together they can take the business even further.

What exactly do these new roles entail, and who can you expect to deal with for what issues? Well, Mieke will be working with the Implementation, Customer Success and Marketing teams while Ian will largely focus on adding new EesyCustomers along with his team. That way the work is shared efficiently and we can continue to improve our services for our beloved EesyCustomers!

Mieke & Ian New Roles

As always here at EesySoft, we pride ourselves on the relationships with our customers, so if you have any questions at all related to the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@eesysoft.com or just send mieke.post@eeysoft.com or ian@eesysoft.com an email directly 😊.
